After getting it all set up, I finally managed to get all the finishing touches done & also got the new, uncut aluminum buffed out!
The truck: 2007 Century Class C-120 S/T with 70" Condo Sleeper, powered by a Detroit Diesel Series 60 with 515 Horsepower, and backed by a Meritor 10-speed. So far, after 45,000 miles it has ran great & proved that detroit FINALLY did their homework on the new EGR engines (the first ones in '03 and '04 were HORRIBLE!).
Opening the door shows that the driver of this truck HATES rubber floors!

It may damn well be a "company truck", but ANY truck looks great with a bit of pride & effort put into it. When a company treats me the way they have & gives me a nice, brand-new truck to drive it's the least I can do.

There's no denying that, but did they pay you to do it?

I doubt they will treat you any differently than if you didn't polish the tanks.
Did you do it yourself, or did you pay to have it done?
The steel wheels look kind of funny now, though.

nice ride there capt. even if it is a "company truck" , remember: if you don't show pride in your company ride, you probably don't do the job with pride.

I always thought that doing a good job was the best way to show pride.
After all, it's just a piece of equipment.
But it does look nice....................for a fruitshaker.

Excellent job, Jeff.
It looks like it just left the factory, no actually it's a lot better cause the factory and or the dealer wouldn't polish it up like that.
Be proud!
It is pretty.

Thanks!

Very true. The steer axle rims were already polished, but the tanks & steps had a "satin" finish that needed to be "cut down" & polished.
Be proud!
It is pretty.

Thanks again!
It may not exactly be the fanciest truck on the road, but it's a "tool" that I'm trusted with and I like to "keep it sharp".

Jeff,
doesn't matter if you own it, or it's company. It's still your ride. Take pride in it. You have done an awesome job.

I did some more work on the inside recently, mostly 'spicing up' the dash since I have to look at it off & on all day long.
Photos to come once I get my recent computer problems resolved.
