I am leasing to ROADRUNNER/DAWES...their website is www.rdfs.com or you can call 1-800-560-3758 and talk to Sandi, and tell her Dan & Melissa Morris sent ya. Solos can make $200,000 + FSG a yr!!! RDFS also pays Teams $300,000 + FSC, and they have all their rates in writing. Now you can either have yer own trlr or lease 1 fer $108wk, it doesnt have to be E-TRACK, unless ya want it. The occ accident ins. is $160 a month, and if ya get hurt they pay $500wk unlike FDCC's $160wk!!! One of our friends ran into an O/O couple running for them and they ran 150,000 miles last year and got by the house every wk, and made $235,000 last year, the miles avg to 2880wk which isnt alot of running, like $1.57all miles with little or no DH. Ya aint gonna find that at FDCC... Plus you can make up to $2.03cpm + FSC, no c-link, they have pree-pass at 15.43 a month, gotta have Haz, but it pays more to haul it, etc.......Give 'em a call.....Dan

Are they part of Dawes Transportation that hauls a lot of Quad Graphics stuff outta the Suffolk / Brown Deer / Germantown WI area?

At Landstar, they don't charge a set rate for vans. You just get 8% more if you have your own.

Before I stumbled onto the carrier I just leased onto, I actually was considering Roadrunner/Dawes. A buddy was giving me all the rate structure and it sounded OK, for the most part.

Just got info from them. Looks real good. Thing I need to know is what are the negatives about them. Ant skeletons in the closet?
