For those of you who can access Canadian Television today at 07:00 PM EST the program W5 is about big truck hijacking and cargo thefts in Canada now of epic propoertions at over 1 Billion Cdn$ per year. They interview a repeat offender incognito who has multiple convictions and sentences. This guy is still actively involved. This exposee is similar in style to 20/20 and Sixty Minutes on American TV.
