I'm sorry I had to virtually disappear the past couple of days; I have missed the comraderie and joking around. I come from a long line of jokesters on both sides of my family, so I feel at home with you all.
I had to put everything on hold and get my powerpoint presentation ready for Las Vegas because it was due on Wednesday. Next week I'm a guest presenter for the Used Truck Show out there. They've asked me to present some of my research on over-the-road truck drivers.
And I have tons of data that can be looked at in many different ways, and I wanted to extract and present some of the best info. This is a good opportunity to spread the good word about truck drivers and express some of your concerns. I still have a lot of work to do to get ready for Las Vegas. I'd like to come back with some sponsors for the Ball.
Yesterday a radio group from the North and South Carolina areas along the I 95 and I 20 corridors approached me about running the radio show on 5 of their stations. So I have a little work to do trying to get the technology figured out for this.
If you don't hear from me very much over the next few days, please know that I'm thinking about you, and I want to join in the fun.
