As some of you know I have opened the shop at the old Sunpower T/S in Denton, Tx.. We are located at the 471 exit off I35 across from the TA.
We are offering to TSUSA members a 10% discount on the "Express Oil Change". This includes up to 40 qts. of Shell 15w40 and one fuel and one oil filter.
Just advise the shop that you are a TSUSA member for the discount.
Shop labor rate is $75.00/hr...$85.00/hr. if you bring your own parts.

Well, the "deal" is dead. The shop is closed and I'm trying to put something else together. Have a great staff that want to open another shop in the area so this week I'm trying to find a way to do that.

Sorry to hear about that, Bob. The problem of financial mismanagement seems to run rampant with those starting business and not knowing how to handle the cash flow.

I thought you were retired? I admittedly may be like you when I'm your age & just want something to do to retain my sanity- unless Beanie can put up with me after we're both retired!

Well Jeff, retirement just does'nt seem to work for me ;) . I've tried it 5 times now and after a month of "honeydos" and fishing I get bored and Glo kicks me out of her way and tells me to "find SOMETHING to do and get out from under my feet". :harhar: :harhar:
Seriously, I think that no matter how old a man is he should be doing more than taking up space and wasting air, if at all phyically able. Retirement should mean doing something that is less demanding but still contributes to society. Aman that does nothing is already dead, he just has'nt quit breathing.

Personally I think retirement should mean a time to do what you want to do instead of always doing what you have to do.

If that mean golfing all day then great, if it means continuing to work at some job then that is fine too.

Too often when people retire they stop living and before you know it some one is sending flowers to the funeral home.
