It was almost unbearable. My dogs wouldn't move around for anything hardly. They were panting like crazy and drinking buckets of cold water.
Now my black lab is one that'll dive right into the water if I take him down to the river or if it rains enough to fill the ditch out front.
But if you squirt him with the hose, he runs away from you. :wtf: :noclue:
Late yesterday afternoon after filling the hot tub, I removed the filter and put the spray nozzle back on the hose and sprayed my dog. :ninja: He just laid there soaking up the water and after a few seconds, he rolled over as if to say, "More!" :rofl:
After soaking him down pretty good, he got up and just stood there. He never really did shake the water off like dogs usually do. :wacko:
He must've really enjoyed the cooling off I gave him. Maybe I'll take him down to the river later on this afternoon so he can run around for a while. :cheers:
