He guys,
Got back from a good equipment auction on friday...

There were some interesting peices of equipment there as well as the typical fleet stuff... Mostly construction equipment, but lots of trucks too (Mostly construction related - dumps, water, lube/service and flats)

There were 24 2000-1998 Volvo VNL610/660's that went through. I cannot tell for certain what fleet (England?), but they were red with white unit numbers on their hoods. Most went for around 18,000 to 16,000 some as low as 13,500... Could not believe how low they got, and if I had the money, I might have tried for one...

A couple of other interesting peices were:
An oldie Snow blower made by Oshkosh. And yes it ran! But, who would need one of these? I mean seriously, expecially in California? I have always like Oshkosh tho...

It went for $2250

Also an older "Needle Nose" Kenworth. Yes it also ran (Almost everything at this auction ran)...

It went for $2500

There were several semi-tractors there and it looked like some great deals were taking place... These auctions seem to be a great place to find equipment. And if you have the money, it's well worth the trip. I was looking for a box truck, but none were there. Check out www.rbauction.com and if there is one nearby check it out...
