How dumb can some people be? To take a SWAT vehicle to Hooters, why not park it near there and go there. The city was trying to play it off though and if no laws were broken I don't think they have alot to go on.

The Hoboken, New jersey police go rollin' into a Hooters in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and let the Hooters girls play with their tactical weapons?

Having your picture taken with some 'Bama babes isn't such a bad thing, nor is having a few pictures with the batons, handcuffs, and maybe posed in front of the bus or on a police car.

But, letting the girls - or any civilian - handle the armament, regardless of whether or not it's loaded or unloaded, shows a lack of good judgement IMHO.

Time to roll out the old chopping block and lop off a few heads in Hoboken.
