I got a call earlier today from a truck dealer that I forward potential owner operators to. So what was the call? Believe it or not, he called to see if I knew what was going in with the trucking industry.
Seems that their sales have plummeted and they didn't seem to have a clue why. Well sir, let me put it this way, not too many O/O's can afford to haul freight with the price of fuel. Kind of a 'Catch 22', take the freight and buy the fuel to go broke, or refuse the freight and still go broke.
I do hope that something breaks soon.
