Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum and need some help. I'm doing some research on trucks parts and services, specifically for owner/operators. I'm trying to find out things like:
a) What makes you go to a certain truck parts dealer.
b) Do you have a specific brand... and why? (or why not?).
c) What's most important to you when it comes to replacing a part for your truck?
d) What's your biggest frustration with having to order/replace a part?
ANY... and I mean ANY insight you guys can give me would be much appreciated. My husband was an owner/operator in the mid-90's. We're separated and I'm looking at an August divorce.
