Hello everyone,
I've posted this in 3 different folders, so if this looks like spam or whatever, it isn't. I'm new to this forum and need some help. I'm doing some research on trucks parts and services, specifically for owner/operators. I'm trying to find out things like:
a) What makes you go to a certain truck parts dealer.
b) Do you have a specific brand... and why? (or why not?).
c) What's most important to you when it comes to replacing a part for your truck?
d) What's your biggest frustration with having to order/replace a part?
ANY... and I mean ANY insight you guys can give me would be much appreciated. My husband was an owner/operator in the mid-90's. We're separated and I'm looking at an August divorce.
