Just started my new job working for a family owned construction co. Father owns the company an one of the sons has the trucks. I get to play on the equipment haul the dirt and help with the labor. The Copeland's are blessed with lots of work and good folks to know in general. One of the things I'm proud to know about them is thier generosity is hard to find. They donate to churches with exess matierial,make a considerable donation to St. Judes every year and still manage to keep late model equipment or in the case of my truck [a 99 kw] keep it in top condition.They don't "talk down" to the employees and treat us all with respect. They won't tollerate anyone abusing us or the equipment either.
