If you look at the vid closely, you will see that the tractor drive wheels are not turning as the semi rolls back out of control.
Either the trailer brakes are inoperative, or the driver left the red button pushed in while unloading, then as the dozer was backed up to unload off the rear of the trailer, the weight transfer lifted the tractor enough so that even with the tractor parking brakes applied, the drive wheels lost contact with the ground and the unit rolled away.
Wonder how they explained that one to the boss?
Seems they thought it was funny, they were all laughing about it at the end.
