Today when I got done at work, I was re organizing some stuff in my toolbox and storage cabinets at the shop.

There was a Mack Bulldog hood ornament in one of the cabinets that originally had been in my own shop back in the day, and I had moved the cabinet to my present place of employment.

My warped mind started working overtime, I wonder how that Bulldog would look on an International, I thought.

So I placed the Bulldog in the "hand hold" at the front of the hood on a Paystar that was in my work bay:

Heh, Heh, wonder what the boss will think????????

(I probably should have put a sign underneath the Bulldog saying "Relax Bill, it's not bolted on".)

Now Kranky1,

How many years have we been hearing "putting chrome on a Mack is like putting lipstick on a Pig" ( democrats DID NOT INVENT THAT SAYING:flyswat[1]:)

then why the hell did ROADWORKS just make enough "Bling" for Granites it would make a "Petercar" driver cry:blue[1]:.........
My "Mack Office" shines as well as my "Petercar Office" did and if overtime plays through till my "Trip" that "Dog" will have cab panel lights when I get back.......No that chrome will not make me more money BUT it will keep that DOT cop from wasting his and my time..........

Dot must work differently around where you live. The first new trucks my company gave me, I washed as often as possible. I also got pulled over about once a month by local or state cops doing DOT checks on me. Around the time my company gave me the second new truck, they made it difficult to wash it in the yard, and quit paying for as many truck washes, as some were abusing the privilege. Since they didn't care if the truck was dirty, I quit caring. In the seven years after at that company, the outside of my truck was usually dirty, and I got pulled over once for a DOT check. DOT cops around here mostly want to fill their required quota, and not babysit a truck they have put OOS, and clean trucks make it easy to do that.

Exactly! That's also why you'll almost never see a DOT cop crawl under a dirty livestock wagon either. ;)

Sorry,

But up here in the New England area.. a dirty truck ..even a stinky 100 yd trashwagon will get pulled...Clean equipment is usually also well maintained....... I've driven for 2 companies in 10 years and have been pulled in just twice .both times during national crackdown.both times a little sticker appeared on the windshield....CVSA...

Both the Boss and the "Shop" encourage clean.both inside and out( they pay us to do it and supply everything).....If you DON'T keep it clean, especially the interior....an oil change can keep you in the "Spare" for up to a week...and if your an animal or slob...that truck your in will be yours for the entire "tour" here....

Back on "SUBJECT".......
Kranky1, what do you like better, Nissans Titan or Macks ???....who the hell did the resaerch on that name??:duh2[1]:

The chrome is falling off my bulldogs ass..............already..............only 35,000 miles on the pup.

I keep the interior of my truck just damn near spotless............I carry numerous cleaning supplys with me and Cedar Creek will re-imburse me for those supplys.

Thats just me...........All trucks get a pretty good wash every two weeks............not as good as I would do it..................but the last time I did an exterior wash myself it took several hours until I was satisfied

What kinda beer and how much? Yes, it's getting cold. Gov, it's your lucky
day as I don't have a barn or garage sos you'll get to sleep in the house lol

As for enchaladias it's Ole El Paso. But I do know a place intown that has
the best hand cut steaks. Apples are in season. How about a homemade
apple pie? And yes, I make my pie crust from scratch.

My smilies ain't working. In fact I had some funny writing come up when I tried to do the home page. Run a scan and nothing showed up.

I like apples anyway they come..............I like to stew them with butter and cinnamon..................then put a little powdered sugar on them followed by a little Bacardi 151...............serve em' up on a saucer and watch the delight of people when you set the rum on fire.

Actually, Gov, I think I've found the reason your Bulldog can't "run", it's having trouble breathing, as evidenced by this photo:

Sure is a shame, ain't it?
