Well, I didn't get my 'time off request' for deer hunting turned in early enough, so I'll only be able to go deer hunting on Sundays or if we have a 'rain day'.
Oh well. Lesson learned!
Next year, I'll be turning in my request as soon as the season is posted by the DNR. That way, it'll be one of the first (if not the first), turned in. First in = first approved.
The bossman only lets 'so many' drivers have time off at once.
Good news though, I talked to the gunsmith today and my SKS will be done this evening so I can run over there just before they close and pick it up. Then I'll be able to install my new scope on it tonight. :23_11_60:
Hopefully I'll have time to zero it before sundown on Saturday.
