:vmad: The clutch will not engage to offer resistence. How do I remove the center bolt that holds it on without spinning the assembly inside of the pulley? Thanks in advance.

The best way to remove that bolt is to use an air ratchet with a 1/2" 6-point socket.

If no air is available, you may be able to use an oil filter wrench that will fit around the center hub to keep it from turning.

Once you have that center hub bolt out, you will need a 1/2" COARSE THREAD BOLT to "run in" (threads in center hub) and it will come off of the compressor shaft. This is also best done with an air ratchet & a 15/16" socket on an adapter that will allow you to use a 1/2" drive socket on a 3/8" drive air ratchet.

Call me if you have any more questions, as I will be away from my computer for the rest of the evening. USAF 2T2 has my cell number. Good Luck!
