What would make the A/C not work in a ole freightshaker after the are supposed to have system charged?

What would make the A/C not work in a ole freightshaker after the are supposed to have system charged?

That's a hard one to answer without hooking up a set of gauges to the A/C system and seeeing what's going on. There's too many possibilities as to what's keeping it from cooling.
