Well coming home from Philly about 1:30-2:00 this morning, on 42 south just over the Walt Whitman Bridge and I see this drunk coming up fast he nearly side swipes my budy then gets up towards me and tries to take my lane while I'm still in it  So I back it down and drop in behinde him call 911 he jumps on rt55 southbound running about 80-85mph he is all over road swerving between lanes then right after the 58 exit he spins out doesn't hit anything  lucky S.O.B. gets the cars fired back up and takes off (I'm still on phone with 911)

This guy is really hualling buttt I had my truck up to 110 at one point just trying to keep him in sight :!: he gets to the 48 exit and stops just passed it, I came around the bend and seen lights coming at me so I stoped, thinking he spun out again well no here he come in reverse backing up the hiway to get his exit    Well I stopped rt at the exit so I ran up the grass jumped on the exit and followed this A**hole down the 2lane.

He is now running in the oncoming traffic lanes at about 70-75mph well he runs one red light then about another mile or so down the road is a little hill with a stop sign at the top well he runs sign splits a telphone pole in half and drive up into the woods :D :D :D

Me glad he only took himself out he gets out of his car and starts jumping on the trunk to close the lid so he can take off  Forgetting that there was not front end left to his car  Mind you I'm still on the phone with911 through all of this the he decides to run gets about 200ft away and turns around runs back to the to the car and starts ripping though the glove box, looking for somthing. Well about fiveminutes after he wrcked the cops finally showed up :!:

This Joker actually thinks he did something GOOD

It's a shame he didn't get what he deserved for putting the public in danger with his (lack of}driving skills while following the drunk.

I had a simular incident last week. Our local Volunteer Fire Dept. (which I am a member)gets called out for a Motorcycle vs car MVA. As they arrive on scene the biker fires up his bike and takes off at a high rate of speed with one of the Volunteers in pursuit!! Unfortunatly for both they were heading right for me. I got them both stopped a few miles down the road after a brief chase with speeds apx 85 mph. Bagged the biker for 2 counts DUI, unregistered, licence out of class, and leaving the scene of a PI MVA. After a stern azzchewing about the dangerous action I wrote a warning to the volunteer for speeding pending a conversation with the FD Chief. He is currently under a 30 day suspension from the FD. :yikes:

Leave chasing the drunks to us. That is why we make the big bucks.

I would charge anyone that is ignorant enough to follow a drunks driving behavior. It is better to let them go then to cause an accident. If the said person had a Corvette or something then I can understand his speed, but in a jacked up Ranger? You gotta be kiddin me.
