well i like it so far hauling wood, steel and big moters.learning how to strap tarp and chain.Biggest thing i learned is make sure have enough straps chains binders and bungie cords. tarps are not ripped and they meet all the rules in states.
Yep....
Ya got canadian laws, american laws on securement... then you have the right practical way to do things

yep what i hate is comming to pick up load in yard and have to restrap load. because the driver is to lazy to do it properly. spent an hour redoing load.he had straps twisted and 4 straps were on backwards red line has to be outside not inside. All were loose my as well did myself but i phoned boss so i get paid not the other guy who loaded it. He never scaled the load but there is a free scale beside road on the way to border so did not have to pay.

I had a job once where we picked up preloaded trailers like that.....I would rather strap it myself...its easier then redoing someone else's work..
glad your doing ok....remember, for the wintertime......buy yourself one of those propain torches at Lowes, or at your local hardware`store...its a life saver when everything is frozen..
your tarps will be like waffles

well doing it in 100 degress suck so i guess winter will suck to just different lol. I am hoping that it does not get as ccold were i am picking up in states as it does in winnipeg.Yes i will buy a torch never thought of that.I have a winter suit so will not be cold.I bought the cheap leather gloves this way when real dirty i use for protection of sharp edges on straps. If you get a pipe that goes over snipe bar will that make it easier it snug down the binders.Seem to have a hard time getting closed, another driver seen me struggling he helped me.
