Booked a load from point a to point b legal l,w,h good rate happy happy
Get to shipper this morning come to find out there is a slight discrepency in the width to the tune of 7 inches over, no biggie customer has to pay more plus permits. Broker calls back says customer doesn't want to pay much more I says keep the load give me a tonu, broker does send over tonu which much to his credit is very fair, broker apologizes and hopes that this will not reflect on future dealings I say no harm done. Booked another load for tommorrow hopefully this one goes better :cheers:
