***NOTE*** This is long, so please bear with me on this. ;)
This place is growing by leaps and bounds. Almost faster than anyone that set this place up expected! (I wasn't involved in the initial planning or set-up of this site. I was asked, recruited......drafted :wtf: after the site was up & running) :cool:
Most of us are members of other Forums, whether it be trucking forums, expediting forums, gun forums, housekeeping forums or whatever.
It doesn't matter to me what your past or present is. It's your future that's at hand.
There's a bunch of us here that happen to like trucking and we'll help you in any way we can by passing on info to you. Trucking is NOT an easy life! It wears on a person 24/7/365!
Most of us have been 'around the block' a time or 10, so there's a dang good possibility that we know what we're talking about. There's also many others out there that have been further and done more than we ever have. Listen to what they have to say and look at it from 'both sides' of the issue. Advice offered here may save you a ticket and a large fine down the road!
The purpose of this site is to help others, (so that they may not have to, or), at least know what they're going to have to put up with by being a truck driver.
The other Moderators and myself will do our best to keep any name calling and fighting out of threads. You don't like being called names or being insulted and neither do we.
I had a conversation with another member yesterday afternoon because words were said that weren't 'right'.
This is the 'WARNING' that person got from me........
You have been warned once. Twice is not an option.
Violate the TSU posting rules and you'll find yourself escorted to the door or your post edited or removed.
I don't know how the other Moderators feel, but I hate locking, editing or deleting posts. So as a favor to all, I (us moderators), ask that you respectfully refrain from name calling and fighting with the other members.
