Dog for adoption from Tampa, Florida. "Saibien" is a chow-rottweiler mix that has grown up riding in a truck. She is 4 years old and with a new family in the future and not enough time to care for her, I am not able to care for her like she deserves. She is protective when she is in a truck, LOVES riding, not high maintenance, and very well trained. She is the happiest when she is in a truck and that is where her home should be.
