Hello im new and my dad was goin to become a O/O I wanted to know some good companys that have good fuel surcharge and good appreciation for there O/O also good pay. Can u post the name of company and location thanx guys :cheers:

One thing I can tell you is this. Your Dad needs to look for a company that pays a good solid rate up front and not rely on a fuel surcharge to make any money on. A fuel surcharge should be thought of as wage stablization and not as real income.

ok thanx guys i understand wut ur saying but a fuel surcharge can be that last resort if ur comin up short i thot ok thanx guys so any companies in mind?
