How do you type the headline of a story or write link and it take you to the article your trying to pass along?

Like if I was going to submit a story and say click here for the link, how would I do that?

If you want just the URL, copy and paste the URL, highlight it and then click the URL button above.

Otherwise, you can put the title or headline you want like so.......

{url=http://www.kstp.com/}KSTP NEWS{/url}

Where I used { & } use [ & ] instead.
