thinking of joining SWIFT

can anyone tell me about this compant ? Do they get you home like they say they do ? Is the logs paperless ? Is it a company you could retire from in 20 years being at the age of 33 ?

Swift is a training company. Very few drivers there have more than 1 year of experience. The vast majority leave within the first year and the company fully expect this and do little to try to keep drivers there happy.

Best to get your year in and leave for a better-paying company.

There are other companies besides Swift that do training, and pay a lot better.

I drive OTR for Crete Carrier Corp. out of Lincoln, NE and am very happy. They do training, but you have to go through a P.T.D.I. approved driving school & graduate toward the top of the class.
