Anyone know what Detroit Series 60 power fittings are? They are a Detroit part and have a Detroit part number, but I cannot find them in the parts catalog I have, nor I can find them mentioned in the Technician Manual that I have either.

No but if they work for you I may get one set . cheap enough now.
Capt'n C may know about them.
I haven't found out yet what the restriction is in the fittings unless it is a reduced opening in the bend.
Power fitting may work. I too am still looking.
If it works it may blow the Vada 3000 D out of the water.

Well, I've talked myself into straight through mufflers from Pitts Power. I just rolled over the 500K point, and I'm thinking new muffs may be in order anyway......................
I'll get the Power Fittings installed next PM and pull the ECM info before and after to see what's what...................

Never heard about the "power fittings", but on my International I did install an oversize fuel line fro the transfer pump to the fuel inlet port at the rear of the head. I used Aeroquip #8 (1/2") hi-flow fittings and hose from a local high-performance/ racing shop (the original fuel line was 3/8" :yikes: ). It did have a noticable difference in pulling power.
