For a bit of amusement, "Google" the above to go to the website of the "Arcata Eye", a small town newspaper in northern California.
The newspaper's, "laid back", version of the daily police log is a different way of looking at the, usually, mundane events that find their way into the cop log.
Nothing to do with trucking, but just a humor break about a small town which appears to have an infestation of "free spirits".
