Your dads' truck looks to be an old OFS / Styline truck. Tim works for OFS / Styline Transport.
Here's what their trucks look like now.

I showed my dad and it made him happy. Thanks for the info. We've had it for two months now, and shes been averaging 6.5 -- hasnt burnt a drop of oil, the dealer had to replace the alternator because at first it wouldnt charge. Naturally it has its worn factor-- things that have worn out. But overall its been a good investment. And with luck she will keep on being so. Shes a tough old bird too. My dad reccently hit a deer outside of Fredericksburg, Va and all it did was put the deers head print in the bumper... but thats all. Heres a pic we took today of her.

Dad wanted me to also ask you when you go into work to complement them on the way they kept their trucks. He appriciates it because it gives him a chance to get his foot in the door to O/O without any major expenses on repairs. He saw a sister truck to with and that driver had one with a Cummins. My dad's has a 470 Detroit.
Thanks for the info!!

And thanks for letting us know what you think. Most trades leave and we never hear or see them agian.
Good fuel mileage?
Yes, a Volvo with a Detroit has been our best out of the different combo's we have tried over the years.
Hope she does you well, and yes it is a good way to get your foot in the door of O/Oing.
