Is that the same trailer you pulled with the old one ton?

Yup! Sure is! Just spent most of the day yesterday fixin' the brakes on it and fixing some wiring to the tail lights. Replaced the rear LEDs with regular sealed bulbs after someone in WY thought one of my LEDs would look better on his rig. Would love to get an airride stepdeck with 17.5's and with 8' on top deck and 40' on the bottom but........$$$$$ Maybe in a few months. For now the old gooseneck is making me some good $$$. Most of the loads we haul are under 15k. The heaviest load I've put on it was 19.5k.

Thanks, LSMR! I think your cabover looks pretty sharp as well. Not only are we fellow S/A owners, but International owners too  !

Both trucks I owned were Internationals, and compared to others I've driven, I think they're the best "bang for the buck"! They remind me of the old Chevy Nova- reasonably priced, dependable, quality vehicles that hold up well for a long time!
The guy who bought my '98 Eagle called me recently to tell me that it rolled past 1,000,000 miles and was still going strong!
Preacher, take a look at Overnite's Internationals that have sleepers on them. Many of their older trucks are still used on team runs with over 2,000,000 miles on them (with not much more than an inframe rebuild, I'm sure!).

Why, thank you maam!

After carefully determinning my budget for buying a truck, I felt that a "single screw Subaru" (Volvo) or an International were the best bang for the buck. I have not been disappointed in my decision to buy the International. Like you said, it reminds you of a Chevy Nova. It reminds me more of a Dodge Dart with a slant-6. Very dependable and not bad looking, but with no frills.
