on night coming home from processing geese stopped at the copshop in ortonville mn as i pull up the cop just pulls away he then gets called back by dispatch and he writes a ticket ......... well whent to court had a public defender (descammers) well hell failed to do the nessary research to properly do fis job and well basicly told the judge i was guilty as charged well i did the research and found out the cop has to physically pull you over for the ticket to be valid

in mn they don't want you to know how appeal a ruling cuz my dad was screwed by mn aswell way he was screwed was the cop says hewas going 75 mph and could stop a fully loaded truck in 175' and the judge agreed and didn't want to give that info as well
