Anyone know where we can get some info on mobile satellites for the truck TV? Good vs bad or better? Beyond the wireless svcs available at truck stops, is there technology yet that allows my team driver spouse to use the 'net while going down the road? Any other techie goodies drivers are using these days?

Hey, appreciate it. I think I'll check the RV online sites. Might get some links there, too.

As far as the internet goes I would think that an air card through a wireless provider like Sprint, Verizon, etc would allow you to surf the web while in motion so long as you are able to get a cell signal. Check with those or your cell phone provider for details and to see what they offer.

A 'real' air card from Sprint, Verizon, Cingular, etc..........will allow surfing the net while rolling as long as you got a signal.
I don't know if the air card will allow 'roaming' in areas where you can't get a 'home area' signal. :noclue:
