Nah, haven't been there, but many of the Coca Cola plants are HORRIBLE about keeping people there forever.
H.E. Butt Grocery in San Antonio used to be bad, but they cleaned it up. Most of the time, I get in & out pretty quick.

I've been to whittlock packaging in Oklahoma several times, many companies I have worked for both reefer and dryvan used thier frt to get me out of the house, never had a problem with sitting there, got lucky, there were always drivers that had been there for hours when I picked up there. Also they load heavy and often too heavy for a reefer. They gave me hell once ove a load going to the bay area on a reefer that went out over 4000lbs heavy, but the rcvr needed it so they removed some plts. They are not big on cutting loads there!
I've seen a few drivers come in to get a load and leave because thier truck/trlr combo couldn't handle the wt. something you'd think someone would know about before sending or taking a truck there.
