Well I WISH I had a tripac! This company didn't install 'em on all its trucks
! Otherwise I'd have it all in here!
in the meantime I just idle when I need a/c or electricty......![]()

I got lucky with my Tripak, the guy who had the truck before me spent the 10K to buy it and it just came with my rig. Since I pay for the fuel I try not to idle more than I have to. Only idle time is warm up and cool down so my idle time is like 3% or so. But since I am going to be pulling an end dump and a landoll thats gonna be the end of that.

The truth is I hate idling just as much as the company; I see it as a necessary evil- I rarely run it all night, but I will if I need to and the company knows it.

i just changed mine over and it works way better. i might even change the little fan on the inside. it even makes for good white noise while i'm sleeping.

OUTSIDE
92x92x25mm
INSIDE
60x60x10mm
Those are the dimensions for the fan replacements in the cooler , one note though , DO NOT get a fan for the inside that blows more then 20cfm , i have replaced the inside fan once with a high speed / high flow fan and everything in the cooler will freeze , good if you want a freezer , not so good for drinks , sandwich meats etc...lol
i actually changed the wires in the cooler and they now have a male/female plug , and i carry 1 fan extra with me in the truck , so i can quickly change them when i need to and don't have to solder the wires ,
Also if you use above fans you can use all the original guards and plastics.
For the outside fan get one that blows atleast 40 CFM , mine are 48 cfm / high speed fans.
i use amazon for mine , but you can google "case fans" and they will pop up , prices are anywhere from a few bucks to 20 bucks a pop , i look for either 2 ball bearings or a fluid bearing , those fans are a bit more , but they last soo much longer and are not prone to dust as much as the fans with sleeve bearings.
